Its 2:30am and I am writing this first entry as I listen to a teleconference on 'Virtual Real Estate'. It feels as if I spend most of my waking hours (which tend to be more than most people I know) either talking or reading about Internet related technologies. Read, discuss, demo, educate...what a life!!
Working as an Internet Business Consultant, my job is to listen to business owners discuss their business issues and then to educate them on Internet related technologies that can help them streamline their business processes.
Although this is how I make a living it may seem odd that I would want to freely discuss these same topics in this type of a forum but hey that is just the type of guy I am. Actually one thing that I have realized in years of working in this business is that many if not most small business owners are really at a loss about this whole technology. I've seen that glazed eye look many times...actually I've had that glazed eye look many times.
So I rationalize (if you can call it that at 2:30am) that if I help spread the technology word and get people talking we will all learn a little along the way.
